The story revolves around a young agent Jonathan Cold (Steven Seagal) whose work is to deliver secret packages from one place to another. He was given an assignment from Alexander Marquee (Philip Dunbar) to deliver a package to Germany, however he was totally unaware of the material he was carrying with him. In the course of events he realizes that what ever he was carrying is actually quite valuable as many people are after him to get that stuff. Jonathan has to take the package from France to Germany and hand it over to a very rich guy Jerome Van Aken (Harry Van Gorkum). However in the course of the journey he is attacked by many people but nothing stops his from moving ahead ultimately the secret of the package is revealed and it contains a recorder to track location of a broken plane the fact in which Jerome is very much interested. After arriving in Germany he also learns that among others Jerome’s wife Meredith Van Aken (Anna Louise Plowman) and a CIA spy Jared Olyphant (Gary Raymond) are also after the package.
