"Flight 93" tells the heroic story of the passengers and crew of United Flight 93 which was taken over by 4 hijackers on September 11. 2001. Due to the flight being delayed before take-off, the 4 Middle Eastern men that hijacked this particular flight did so after the news broke that 3 other hijacked planes had hit targets in New York and Washington D. C. The crew and passengers became aware of the hits on the World Trade Center Towers and the Pentagon when they called for help using the credit card phones on the backs of the seats. Realizing that this flight was probably targeted to hit another building in Washington D. C., the passengers and crew staged an amazing show of resistance to prevent Flight 93 from hitting it's target.
