The Unsaid begins a tale about a Psychiatrist, Michael Hunter (Andy Garcia) who is still coping with the death of his son. It has been a short time but the feelings don’t subside for Hunter, his son had committed suicide and Hunter blames himself for not being able to help his son. When a case crosses Hunters desk, he jumps at it. The patient, a young man named Thomas Caffey (Vincent Kartheiser) reminds him of his own son. Hunter struggles with the memories his sessions with Thomas stir as he fights to save Thomas before he ends up like his son.
